Unethical HR Practices By Amazon

More than 340 Amazon employees are protesting the company’s external communications policy



one of the employee has said that the management is for increasing the production not for the safety of the workers.
A women working in amazon got injured due to lack of the safety measures at the production line. When she have make this complaint to the management, she have been fired and she is home less.
The document at the time of joining she have singed contain some terms and conditions according to which she has to be treated and paid for all injures

    Safety measures is the major concern for any company towards it's employees and it is not expected from a company like Amazon.
